How do I order online? You can place an order by phone, email fax or by visiting our Scoresby showroom. Our web site is an online catalogue and not an eCommerce site so online ordering is not available. What is your address? Our address is not listed online, once you have made an appointment we will provide the address and directions if required. We are a home based business and it is important that you make an appointment before visiting our extensive and dedicated showroom / workshop. I cant visit your showroom can you send me a sample? Yes. We can prepare a sample and post it to you so you know exactly what to expect. Can I colour match to my event theme? We can match ribbon, paper and artwork to your theme. If you wish you can provide a fabric swatch and we can normally match to a silk or organza ribbon. |
Can I have my guest names on my bomboniere? Yes we can personalise each bomboniere with your guests or families name. This can be done as a transparent label or on a swinging tag. Do you make invitations? No we do not offer invitations as a service, we are best at preparing table decorations and bomboniere. Can I have a photo on my bomboniere? Yes we can prepare photo artwork for your bomboniere. Can I supply the goods for you to assemble? If you have sourced the goods from another vendor then we will not be able to assemble the goods for you. Exceptions may be made if you wish to include something traditional that is outside our product range. |
I am providing the bomboniere as a gift, can I have them gift wrapped? In many cases Yes we can package the goods in a decorative box and use cellophane to present your order. Some goods however are not suitable and require enclosed packaging (eg glassware). I don't know how many guest are attending until my RSVPs are back? We are happy to work from an estimated number of guests for your initial order and finalise the numbers closer to delivery. Can you ship to international destinations? Yes we can, although often the freight often costs are similar to that of the goods. Note GST is not payable outside Australia but import duties may be due in the country of destination where applicable. |
How will my goods be packed for delivery? First and foremost we pack your goods for safe delivery. Wherever possible we try to reuse cartons and packaging materials to help the environment and keep ours and your costs down. Decorative packaging is available upon request although this may limit your order to pickup only. I cant find what I am looking for on your website? Our full range is on display in our showroom and the website may not always show the most recent additions to our collection. Even if we do not stock your item we can often special order in. Can you supply goods wholesale? No we are a retail outlet. We are happy to discuss discount rates for repeat clients and event coordinators. I would like bomboniere but I don't know where to start?
